Of the total seats available for AYUSH courses in government and private colleges in the state, 15% are reserved for All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
Open and backward category candidates applying under competent authority quota will have to pay Rs 2,500 as application fee, and SC, ST students will have to deposit Rs 2,000 through online mode.
Based on NEET UG rank and other eligibility criteria, the provisional merit list will be prepared by the university after verification of scanned original certificates.
Telangana NEET AYUSH 2025: Eligibility
Candidates should be 17 years old as of December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit for admission to AYUSH courses.
- Should have qualified in NEET UG 2025 by securing the minimum cut-off score set for the competent authority quota.
- Candidates should be an Indian national, Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) card holder.
- Should be eligible under the new Telangana domicile rule, which requires students to have studied in the state for a period of not less than four consecutive academic years, till Class 12.
- Domiciles of other states are not eligible.
- Should have secured the minimum qualifying marks in Class 12 or equivalent examination.

Telangana NEET AYUSH cut-off 2025
To be considered for AYUSH admissions in Telangana government and private colleges, candidates should have obtained the minimum cut-off score prescribed for each category.

The Telangana NEET AYUSH counselling 2025 will be held based on the merit. The detailed counselling schedule will be published soon on the official website. Candidates who are allotted seats are required to pay the university fee of Rs 8,000.
However, candidates who decide to continue from the course after the notification for the final round of counselling will be liable to pay a penalty of Rs 1 lakh.
