TS PECET 2024 registration begins today; eligibility criteria, important dates

TS PECET 2024: Eligible candidates can apply for BPEd, DPEd courses at pecet.tsche.ac.in. The last date to register is May 15.
NEW DELHI : Satavahana University will commence the registration for the Telangana State Physical Education Common Entrance Test (TS PECET) 2024 today, March 14. Eligible and interested candidates can fill the TS PECET application form 2024 through the official website, pecet.tsche.ac.in.
TS PECET 2024 will be conducted for admission into BPEd and DPEd courses offered by the universities and affiliated colleges in Telangana state for the academic year 2024-25.
The eligibility criteria for TS PECET 2024 is as follows:
- For BPEd: Candidates should have appeared or passed three-year degree examination recognized by any university in Telangana state or any other university recognized as equivalent. Students should be 19 years old as on July 1, 2024.
- For DPEd : Candidates should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by the government of Telangana state and should have completed 16 years of age as on July 1, 2024.
In order to apply, candidates belonging to the general category will have to pay Rs 900 as the application fee. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will be required to make payment of Rs 500.
