UP TGT PGT Recruitment 2021: Application form filling date extended
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad has extended the last date to fill the application form to May 10.

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad has announced that the last date to fill the application form for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) has been extended to May 10. Earlier, the application form was released on March 15, 2021.
In the notice issued for UP TGT PGT Recruitment 2021 , the board has stated that candidates can submit the form till May 10, pay the fees till May 12 and the final submission of the form will take place till May 15.

Breakup of UPSESSB TGT PGT vacant posts and eligibility criteria
There are a total of 15,198 vacant posts out of which 12,603 are for TGT and 2,595 are for PGT. Candidates who have attained the age of 21 years, only would be eligible to fill the application form.
UP TGT and PGT: Selection process
The recruitment of teachers for the TGT and PGT posts is done on the basis of a written exam in which candidates have to answer 125 multiple-choice questions. The total mark is 500 and candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer.
