Download EBookHemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun, has declared the final state merit list of Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 counselling round 1 on the official website at hnbumu.ac.in. A total of 1,122 candidates have been declared eligible for admission to state quota seats in PG medical courses, MD (Doctor of Medicine) and MS (Master of Surgery).

However, 27 students received remarks citing document issues, including failure to upload a valid no-objection certificate (NOC), lack of Uttarakhand-bonded status, or having less than one year of difficult-area work experience. Additionally, while 41 candidates claimed weightage, only 12 were granted approval.
The Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025 merit list incorporates weightage marks ranging from 10% to 30%, calculated based on claims submitted by Provincial Medical and Health Services (PMHS) candidates and their supporting documentation.

Uttarakhand NEET PG 2025: NRI quota choice filling
Along with the Uttarakhand NEET PG merit list, HNBUMU has also released the list of eligible and ineligible candidates for choice filling under the NRI quota.
Of these, 28 candidates have been deemed eligible to fill their choices, while 10 have been marked ineligible for the NRI quota.
Candidates who have qualified for the NEET PG 2025 exam can select their preferred college and courses through the Uttarakhand NEET PG choice filling facility by November 24.

Candidates reporting to their allotted colleges on December 3 must submit their NEET PG admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates and marksheets, proof of date of birth, caste certificate (if applicable), and domicile, resident or bonafide certificate (where required).
