VIT 2021 admission process starts for BSc, MSc and BCom (Hons)

NEW DELHI: Vellore Institute of Technology, Chennai has started the VIT 2021 admission process for BSc, MSc and BCom (Hons) programmes. Interested candidates can apply for admission by submitting the application form before the last date.
Before applying for admission to any course, candidates must make sure that they meet the eligibility criteria of that course. To be eligible for BSc and BCom (Hons), candidates must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum 60% aggregate. For MSc, candidates have to complete BSc with a minimum 60% aggregate from a recognized university with their respective specializations as the core subjects.
Eligible candidates can fill the VIT application form 2021 by submitting their personal, academic details and uploading the scanned documents in the required format. After entering details and uploading the documents, candidates have to pay the application fee via online mode.
It must be noted that VIT application fee varies for undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the university. The application fee for undergraduate and postgraduate courses is Rs 500 and Rs 600, respectively.
Candidates are given admission to BSc and BCom (Hons) programmes on the basis of the marks acquired by them in Class 10+2. For MSc, the admission is conducted on the basis of their marks obtained by candidates in graduation marks along with the Class 10+2.
