NEW DELHI: The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) member secretary Rajive Kumar today released 13 Hindi books on technical and management subjects on the occasion of World Hindi Day.

Calling it a “milestone in inclusive education”, Rajive Kumar underscored the importance of making technical and management education more accessible to Hindi-speaking audiences and lauded the initiative of publishing books on these specialized subjects in Hindi.

The 13 Hindi books in technical and management subjects cover diverse topics, including science and technology, environmental studies, painting, art, and policies inspired by Indian values, in alignment with the NEP 2020. “This initiative reflects AICTE’s commitment to promoting Indian languages and cultural identity in education,” Kumar added.

Kumar said that these books are not limited to faculty and students but also aim to serve as a resource for the general public, bridging the language gap in education.

The books were written in Hindi under the Financial Assistance Scheme for publishing manuscripts on technical and management subjects. The authors of these manuscripts were also present at the event.

During the event, authors briefly introduced their works and expressed gratitude to AICTE and Hariyana Granth Academy, Panchkula for publishing the books. “The initiative is a significant step toward empowering Hindi-speaking individuals by providing them with high-quality educational resources in their native language,” the authors said.
