Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The University of Allahabad has announced the schedule for the Post Graduate Admission Test (PGAT) 2024 for PG admissions. Accordingly, the PGAT 2024 will be conducted from July 1 to July 4. The exam will be conducted in two shifts. Candidates who applied for the exam can also check the exam schedule on the official website, allduniv.ac.in.
The university informed that PGAT admit card 2024 for all the valid applications received by the university will be issued one week before the commencement of the exam. Registered candidates will be able to download their admit card from the website, aupravesh2024.cbtexam.in using their application ID and date of birth.
PGAT 2024 will be conducted at different examination centres in different modes. The exam will be held in the hybrid mode (online and offline mode) in Prayagraj, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Bareilly, and New Delhi. The university will hold the exam in online mode only in Bhopal, Kolkata, Patna and Thiruvanthapuram.

PGAT 1 will be held for 32 courses, along with LLB, MCom and LLM while PGAT 2 will be conducted for 24 courses including BEd, MEd, MBA (RD) and MBA in addition to the professional courses such as MCA, MSc Food Tech, MVoc Media Studies and PGDCA offered by the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS).
PGAT 2024-25 will be held for a total of 300 marks. The question paper will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
