AP Board to conduct Class 10 exams as scheduled; Class 1 to 9 will be promoted
The AP board decides to conduct classes and exams of Class 10 as scheduled. Classes 1 to 9 students are to be promoted to the next classes without exams.

NEW DELHI: Andhra Pradesh Board has decided to conduct classes and AP Class 10 exams 2021 as scheduled. AP Class 10 exams 2021 are scheduled to begin from June 7 to 16, 2021
As per the notification, “Classes and examinations shall be conducted for Class 10 as per the previous given schedule duly following the COVID-19 protocol.”
The notice further states, “All teachers dealing with Class 10 shall attend the schools on all working days as per the schedule given by the Headmaster concerned.”

Class 1 to 9 exams cancelled
The AP government has given the order to cancel Summative Assessment - II exams of Class 1 to 9 for the academic year 2020-21. Students of AP Class 1 to 9 in all schools under all managements, shall be treated as PASS and promoted to their next classes. Also, the Classes 1 to 9 shall be closed in all schools under all managements w.e.f 20.04.2021 (last working day 19.04.2021) for the Academic Year 2020-21.
Class 1 to 9 students will get the dry ration and mid-day meals will be served to Class 10 students at school to meet the nutritional requirements of the children to safeguard their immunity during this COVID-19 outbreak.
“Director of School Education, AP, shall take further necessary action accordingly, in the matter,” the notice added.
The next hearing for AP inter exam 2021 will take place on May 3, 2021. Meanwhile, students are continuously urging to postpone the exams. Students are advised to regularly check the official website to keep themselves updated.
