NEW DELHI: The state education minister Botcha Satyanarayana today announced the AP Secondary School Certificate (AP SSC 2023) results. The overall performance of Class 10 students has improved by 5 percentage points compared to the previous year, as per the AP 10th results 2023. Students will be able to download the marks memo from the official website, results.bse.ap.gov.in.
The minister said that the AP SSC 10th recounting will be held on May 13, but there will be no revaluation of answer sheets. This year, no student was declared pass in 38 schools. However, the number of schools that performed poorly has dropped compared to last year; 71 schools recorded zero pass percent.
Announcing that there will not be revaluation, the minister said: “30,000 people were involved in evaluation of the AP 10th answer sheets. So we are trying to create a good environment for them so that they are not inconvenienced. We are also doing an analysis of which schools are weak (Government, municipal, rural and urban) to take measures to improve. Next year, we are aiming to achieve 100% in AP 10th exams.”
A total of 4,32,641 registered in English medium, of which 3,49,673 passed and recorded 80.82% pass percent.
Those students who failed in one or two subject in the AP SSC result 2023 will be given one more chance to improve their marks. In this regard, the board will conduct the AP 10th supplementary exams from June 2 to 10. The timetable for AP SSC supplementary exams 2023 will be released in two days.
