Subscribe NowThe Department of School Education has published the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET 2025) preliminary answer key. The AP TET exam was conducted to recruit teachers for Classes 1 to 8 in government, Zilla Parishad, Mandal Parishad, municipal, and private aided schools in Andhra Pradesh.
AP TET answer key 2025 for a total of 21 papers has been issued on the official website, tet2dsc.apcfss.in. Candidates will be allowed to challenge the AP TET answer key by December 24. The final answer key will be prepared after reviewing the objections raised by applicants.
According to official data, Andhra Pradesh has 12,912 single-teacher schools, the highest in the country.
This year, a total of 2,41,509 candidates submitted 2,71,692 applications. The AP TET exam was conducted on December 10 and 11 in two sessions – first shift from 9.30 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.

How to download AP TET answer key
Candidates can follow the steps given below to check and download the AP TET prelims answer key.
- Visit the AP TET official website, tet2dsc.apcfss.in.
- Click on the ‘APTET-2025 Preliminary Answer Keys Released’
- The list of 21 subject papers will be displayed.
- Click on the subject paper you appeared for by selecting the initial key.
- The AP TET answer key PDF will be displayed.
- Download and save it for future reference.
As per the qualifying criteria, open and EWS category candidates must obtain at least 60% marks and reserved category candidates should secure a minimum of 50% marks. The AP TET question paper had five sections – child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, mathematics, and environmental studies. There are a total of 150 questions, carrying one mark each.
