The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will conduct the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 on November 24, for admissions to its Postgraduate Programs (PGP) for the academic session 2025-26. The IIM Lucknow has notified the MBA admission criteria 2025.

IIM Lucknow MBA selection process 2025 comprises CAT 2024 score, ARS, Personal Interview (PI). The CAT 2024 exam will be conducted online in three shifts- from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
IIM Lucknow MBA Admission 2025: Academic disciplines
- Agriculture-related disciplines such as Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Biochemistry, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Plant Breeding and Genetics, Entomology, and Plant Pathology.
- Science-related fields such as Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biotechnology Engineering, Botany, Home Science, Life Science, and Zoology.
- Veterinary Science, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy Science are other key areas of eligibility, as they focus on animal health, breeding, and production—critical components of the agribusiness industry, especially in sectors like dairy farming and animal husbandry.
- Engineering and technology-related disciplines such as Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, and Food Technology & Management are also considered.
- Forestry and Horticulture are also part of the eligible academic disciplines, focusing on sustainable land management, forest conservation, and the cultivation of plants and crops, which are integral to the agribusiness supply chain.
- Rural Studies, Rural Sociology, Rural Cooperatives, and Rural Banking are important fields that bring in knowledge about rural communities, cooperative farming models, rural economic systems, and financial services for agriculture, all of which are critical to shaping agribusiness strategies in rural settings.

Candidates are required to meet the minimum section-wise and overall percentiles cut-off in CAT 2024, as detailed below. Additionally, candidates are required to secure non-negative raw scores in all sections of the CAT 2024 to proceed to stage 2.
