The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the datesheet of term-1 board exams of Classes 10, 12 by October 10, as per

report. The term 1 board exam will be conducted in November-December. Students can check the datesheet on the official website - cbse.gov.in.

CBSE has also announced the term-wise syllabus for Classes 10 and 12 on its official website along with sample question papers and marking scheme for CBSE board exam 2022.

This year, the CBSE will hold the board exams for 10th and 12th in two terms and the CBSE syllabus 2021-22 has been divided into two parts, accordingly.
In the CBSE term 1 exam, there will be multiple-choice questions (MCQ) which will include case-based and assertion-reasoning type questions. The exam duration will be 90 minutes.
How to download term-wise CBSE syllabus 2021-22
- Go to CBSE official website - cbseacademic.nic.in.
- Find the link ‘Curriculum’ on top of the homepage and click on ‘Term-wise curriculum’.
- Students will be directed to a new page. Now click on Term-wise secondary curriculum or senior secondary curriculum which contains term-wise syllabus of different subjects.
- Now, click on the subject you want to download syllabus of, and a pdf will be displayed.
- Download the pdf for CBSE syllabus 2021-22.
Apart from term-wise syllabus, students can also check guidelines for internal assessment for Classes 9 to 12, and special assessment scheme of CBSE board exam 2022 on the same page.
CBSE board has also reduced the syllabus by 30% due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

How to download CBSE Sample question papers 2021-22
- CBSE board has released sample papers for Class 10 and 12 for the 2021-22 academic session.
- Visit the official website of CBSE board cbseacademic.nic.in.
- On the home page, find ‘sample question papers’ at the top.
- Now click on the ‘SQP 2021-22’ link. Select Class 10 or 12 from the option available.
- A new page with subject-wise sample question papers and marking scheme will appear on the screens.
- Click on each subject and download the pdf of the question papers.
