CBSE schools will be able to upload documents and fill the details on the official website from January 19 to January 24. “Requests sent earlier to the CBSE for availing exemptions by the schools will also be uploaded by the schools on web during the above said schedule. No request for exemption will be entertained after 24.01.2024 and in offline mode,” the board said.
The CBSE Board opened a portal last year. The decision was taken as CWSN students have been requesting the board every year to provide facilities during the conduct of the exam.
“If the CWSN students desire to avail any facilities/exemptions permissible by CBSE during the examinations, the request for the same can be made by the concerned school through the web portal as it was done for last year,” it said.
Schools will have to log-in to the Pariksha Sangam portal using their login ID and password. A list CWSN students of their school and the facilities permissible to each category of students as per their disability will be shown on screen.
If the students wish to avail any of the facilities, the schools will have to select the option and the details will be made available in the admit card itself. The board will also instruct the centre superintendent to make necessary arrangements for the CWSN students.
