CBSE releases syllabus for Class 9 to 12 for academic session 2021-22

NEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the curriculum for Classes 9 to 12 on April 1, 2021. The CBSE syllabus 2021 has been released for the academic year 2021-22. Students can download the complete syllabus from the official website cbseacademics.nic.in. The CBSE Board syllabus 2021-22 has been released for all the language, main and elective subjects.

The board has also released a circular for the secondary and senior secondary syllabus 2021-22 which states, “The Board annually provides curriculum for Classes 9 to 12 for a given academic year containing academic content, syllabus for examinations with learning outcomes, pedagogical practices and assessment guidelines.”

Last year, the CBSE board had reduced 30 percent of the syllabus for Class 10 and 12 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, this year, the board has not made any reduction in the syllabus.

How to download CBSE board syllabus 2022

Students can follow the instructions provided below or can click on the link given above to download the syllabus.

Step 1 - Visit the CBSE board website - cbseacademic.nic.in.

Step 2 - On the home page, click on the “Curriculum” link.

Step 3 - Now click on the “Curriculum 2021-22”.

Step 4 - A new page of the syllabus will get displayed. Now click on the “secondary/ senior secondary curriculum”.

Step 5 - Now click on the respective subjects and download the syllabus.
