Madhya Pradesh government has cancelled the Class 10 board examinations along with the postponement of Class 12 exams, in view of the surge in COVID-19 cases. The result of MP board 10th class will be prepared as per internal assessment.

CBSE evaluation policy in 2020
Previous year CBSE declared the result on the basis of the number of papers attempted. Students who attempted all papers were given marks on the basis of their performance. Students who attempted more than three subjects were given marks by taking the average of the best three subjects for their pending subjects. Similarly, For students who attempted 3 subjects only, the marks for pending subjects were given on the basis of average of the best two attempted subjects.

CBSE 12th syllabus 2021 update
Central Board of Secondary Education has reduced the CBSE 12th Class syllabus to recover the study loss caused by COVID. The CBSE class 12 board exams syllabus was rationalised by keeping the core concepts intact.
WB Bengal exam 2021 news
WBBSE exam 2021 will be held only for the compulsory subjects at home centre. The final dates of West Bengal board exam 2021 will be announced soon. The board will conduct Class 10 west bengal exam for 7 compulsory subjects, whereas for West bengal Class 12 exams will be held for 15 compulsory subjects.
UP Board exam date 2021 new update
The UP Government has decided to further postpone the UP Board 12th exams 2021. The UP Board Class 12 exams 2021 will now be held in the second week of July 2021, if the situation normalizes. The exams will be held in 15 working days.
As per the UP board exam 2021 class 10 new update, the UP Government has cancelled the Class 10 board exams. All the students will be promoted to the next class now. The criteria for evaluation will be developed by UPMSP.

Petition filed in SC to cancel Class 12 exams
A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by Advocate Mamta Sharma for the cancellation of CBSE board exams 2021. Advocate Sharma in the petition has requested to evaluate the CBSE 12th result on an ‘objective methodology’.
The hearing on this petition will be held today at 11 am and a final verdict is expected to be announced after the hearing.

The Ministry of Education has released a notification on the postponed CBSE 12th board exam exams. The decision to postpone exams was taken in a high-level meeting chaired by the Prime Minister.

Earlier, the CBSE board has released the Class 12 exam dates on February 2, 2021. The Class 12 board exams were scheduled to be held from May 4 to June 14, 2021. On April 14, the board decided to postpone the CBSE board exam 2021 due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.
