NEW DELHI: The University of Delhi (DU) has received 97,643 applications till now for its undergraduate (UG) programme admission. The University of Delhi is currently accepting applications for its various UG programmes through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS). This year, the university is taking admission on the basis of Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores.

Earlier, The CSAS portal was launched on June 14. There will be no offline filling up of the CSAS 2023 application form. The CSAS admission process consists of three phases, application form submission, programme selection and preference filling and seat allocation.

The application fee for CSAS UG 2023 is non-refundable. For candidates belonging to the UR, OBC-NCL, and EWS categories, the application fee is Rs 250. However, for candidates from the SC, ST, and PwBD categories, the fee is Rs 10. Those applying for the BFA programme will be required to pay an additional non-refundable fee of Rs 400. Additionally, for candidates applying under the ECA and Sports supernumerary quota, there is an extra fee of Rs 100 for each quota.

DU offers a total of 78 undergraduate (UG) programs and 198 combinations of BA programs across its 68 affiliated colleges. These programs cover various disciplines and provide students with a wide range of options to choose from for their undergraduate studies.

Admissions to all UG programmes at DU is on the basis of the scores obtained in CUET UG 2023, except for admissions to the School of Open Learning (SOL), Non- Collegiate Women Education Board (NCWEB) and foreign nationals.
