FOSTIIMA Business School organises 2-day management development program on enhancing interpersonal skills

The management development programme taught the participants to build effective teams and create a team performance system.
NEW DELHI: FOSTIIMA Business School, has organised a two-day management development programme aimed at increasing interpersonal effectiveness for high-performing teams, with a focus on laying the groundwork for understanding challenges and cultivating productive working relationships. The programme held on March 19 and 20, 2024, was for middle and senior level managers working in public and private sector companies, multinational corporations, banks, financial institutions, government agencies, and other organisations and institutions.
Developing team performance system
The programme, led by Samir Bhatia, an IIM-Ahmedabad alumnus and entrepreneur, aimed to provide participants with the skills needed to effectively navigate team dynamics, with an emphasis on getting unstuck and moving on to creating norms. The programme not only provided participants with information and skills, but also taught them how to construct effective teams and create a team performance system.
Practical projects along with lectures
Case studies, role-playing, close group analyses, psychometric assessments, and practical learning projects were carried out in combination with lecture sessions to impart knowledge. It was a paid workshop with a low registration fee that included a programme pack, training materials, lunch, and refreshments on both days.
