GATE 2024 Application Form: Registration with late fee begins tomorrow; correction fees

Try NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru (IISc) will close the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE 2024) application form window today. Candidates who wish to apply without paying the late fee will have to register on GATE online application processing system (GOAPS), goaps.iisc.ac.in, today.
The late fee charges will be applied from October 6. Applicants who miss to register before the deadline will be given an opportunity to submit their application form till October 13 by paying extra charges. Late fee is different for categories. Therefore, candidates will have to pay extra charges as per the category selected.

The application fee given below is for candidates opting one test paper. Those who wish to appear for two papers will have to pay double the amount.

GATE 2024 application correction fees
The institute will give a chance to applicants to edit details in the submitted application form if required. However, candidates will be allowed to modify only specific details entered by paying a correction fee. “There will be no refund of any fee, other than for multiple transactions,” GATE 2024 official website read.
The GATE application correction window will be activated from November 4 to 11. Here are the fields that can be edited and fees to be paid per corrections.
