IBPS SO Interview 2024: Document upload link active; Mains score gets 80% weightage

NEW DELHI: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has opened the facility to upload documents by the candidates who were shortlisted for IBPS Specialist Officers (IBPS SO 2024) interview. The allotment results by the participating banks will be declared in April.
The IBPS SO interview call letter was issued recently and candidates will be allowed to download the hall ticket from the official website, ibps.in, by March 7. The interview will be conducted at selected centres by the participating banks and coordinated by nodal banks in each state and union territory.
The IBPS SO admit card 2024 will have details of centre, address of the venue, time and date of interview .
The institute clarified that the change of interview date and centre will not be considered. “However, the conducting agencies reserve the right to change the date, venue, time, centre etc. of interview or hold supplementary process for particular date, session, if any,” the official notification read.
The IBPS SO interview will carry 100 marks. To qualify the interview, candidates will have to score a minimum qualifying mark of 40% and SC, ST, OBC, PwBD candidates will have to obtain 35%.
The combined final score of candidates will be prepared on the basis of total scores obtained in the Main exam and interview. The IBPS SO Main and interview will have a 80:20 weightage.
IBPS SO Interview 2024: Documents required
The candidature of those who do not produce the required documents will be cancelled. They will have to produce original and self-attested copies of documents uploaded on the interview date.
- Printout of the valid IBPS interview call letter.
- Valid system generated printout of the online application form registered for CRP- SPL-XIII
- Date of Birth proof. SSLC, birth certificates will be considered valid documents.
- Photo identity proof.
- Mark sheets or certificates issued by the recognised board or university on or before August 21, 2023, have to be submitted.
- Caste certificate, income, disability certificate.
