IGNOU launches 4 new MBA ODL programmes, MCom course in online mode

Interested students can register at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in for MBA programmes and ignouiop.samarth.edu.in for MCom programme.
NEW DELHI : Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU)’s School of Management Studies has launched 4 new MBA programmes in functional specialization areas in Online and Distance Learning (ODL) mode and MCom Programme in online mode starting from the July 2022 session. The interested candidates can take admission and register in MBA ODL programmes at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in and for MCom (Online) at the link ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
Professor Nageshwar Rao, Vice Chancellor, IGNOU presided over the launching ceremony which was held virtually.

Learners can now choose and join an MBA programme in any functional specialization in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, and Operations Management. The MCom programme through online mode would help working professionals and other learners with the flexibility in-terms of time and place for pursuing it.
Professor TV Kattimani, Vice Chancellor, Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh, and Professor S A Kori, Vice Chancellor, Central University of Andhra Pradesh graced the occasion as Guests of Honour and appreciated continuous efforts that are being made with regard to the development of management courses by the University.

Rao while complimenting the school said that all these programmes have been revised as per today’s requirements and are in line with the recommendations of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Earlier welcoming the guests Professor K Ravi Sankar, Director SOMS shared that the School has been offering programmes which provide contemporary content which match the Industry requirements making the learners equipped with the up-to-date knowledge in all the areas of the management.
