IIM Indore, Jaro Education launch certification programme in public, corporate leadership
This one-of-its-kind eight-month public and corporate leadership programme is offered to industry professionals and entrepreneurs.

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore has partnered with Jaro Education, an edtech firm to launch a one-of-its-kind long-duration certification programme on public and corporate leadership. Applications for the programme are now open on the Jaro Education website.
With this collaboration, IIM Indore and Jaro Education will be providing a programme that will help in skill-building to professionals and public leaders in leading the VUCA (vulnerability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) world, a situation of constant and unpredictable change in industries and areas of the business world.
The eight-month public and corporate leadership certification programme at IIM Indore follows a proven pedagogy consisting a judicious mix of lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers, and assignments. The applicants will be able to participate in a 3-day immersive campus experience at IIM Indore.

The applicants will simultaneously receive over 75 hours of learning through the Jaro Education learning experience platform via direct-to-device (D2D) mode while the lectures will be delivered by the IIM Indore faculty. The programme will also highlight multiple aspects of public administration from a range of social science disciplines including psychology, political sociology, public policy, and international relations.
This programme is offered not only corporate leaders but also legal professionals, economists and research scholars, political leaders, defense personnel and senior functionaries to understand business, government, and society relationship dynamics to redefine public leadership and develop a holistic approach to decision-making.
Eligibility & Selection criteria
- The applicants must be working professionals or entrepreneurs.
- The candidate must have a diploma (10+2+3) or is required to be a graduate (10+2+3 or an equivalent) or can be a post graduate in any discipline recognised by UGC or AICTE with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks at either UG or PG level.
- The applicant must also have a minimum of 3 years of work experience post-completion of qualifying education.
