IIM Mumbai PGDEX-VLFM Programme: The selection process consists of three stages- online application, an aptitude test, and a personal interview.

NEW DELHI: IIM Mumbai will close the registration process for admission to the Visionary Leadership for Manufacturing (VLFM) program 2024 tomorrow, February 11. The course is jointly offered by IIT Delhi and IIM Mumbai. Candidates who are interested can fill the PGDEX-VLFM application form on the official website, iimmumbai.ac.in. Applicants are required to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and two Letters of recommendations (LORs) along with detailed application form.
PGDEX–VLFM is a one-year full-time residential executive diploma program. It covers includes a wide range of verticals such as operations and supply chain management, strategic planning, business excellence, digital transformation, and world-Class manufacturing.
The programme is focused on manufacturing technology, operations, supply chain, strategy and leadership. The PGDEX-VLFM programme will include an 8 weeks Industry Internship as well as 2 weeks of international visits and Industry Treks.

IIM Mumbai PGDEX-VLFM Programme 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates can have a look at the eligibility criteria for PGDEX-VLFM programme below.
- Candidates must hold a recognized first-class full-time bachelor's degree in technological (BE or BTech) discipline.
- Candidates must have at least 4 years (and less than 10 years)) full-time industrial experience across domains such as manufacturing, operations, consulting, as on the last date of submission of application.

The selection process consists of three stages- online application (Leadership Profiling), an aptitude test, and a personal interview. The date of aptitude test and interview will be announced on the official website after the registration process is over. To assess the eligibility of applicants for the programme, multiple factors are taken into account such as industrial experience, field, career growth, leadership potential, professional objectives, academic achievement, and interpersonal skills.
