IIT Kanpur opens applications for eMasters programmes in economics, finance

The last date to apply for the IIT Kanpur's eMasters programme is May 12, 2023.
NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has opened the application window for three eMasters degree programmes which include economics, finance and public policy; economics, finance and data analysis and economics and finance for businesses.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the programmes through the official website, emasters.iitk.ac.in. The last date to apply for the July 2023 batch is May 12, 2023.

The IIT Kanpur eMaster programmes aim to help professionals build relevant expertise and stay agile in a fast-paced environment. Through these programmes, students will gain knowledge in developing futuristic public policies, strategic decision-making skills and gaining business intelligence and decision-making perspectives.
The eMasters degree programmes is flexible and will be completed within 1 to 3 years making it a unique and preferred choice for working professionals. The selection into these programmes does not require a GATE score.
There will be world-class faculty and experts from the forefront of cutting-edge research at IIT Kanpur to teach the 60-credit, 12-module industry-focused curriculum.

The courses also come with a credits transfer facility where a waiver of up to 60 credits can be transferred for higher education at IIT Kanpur. There will also be weekend-only live interactive classes with self-paced learning.
