In a first, MIT launches BTech in computer science and financial technology
MIT’s humanities and management, computer science and engineering, and mathematics departments will offer the BTech course.

NEW DELHI : Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE)’s Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) has launched a one-of-its-kind BTech programme in computer science and financial technology. The programme has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is offered by three departments including the department of humanities and management, computer science and engineering department, and mathematics department. The course will start functioning in July.
The institute recognised the potential of fintech in India and decided to bridge the gap between computer science and finance. The course has been prepared with the help of finance experts

Anil Rana, Director, Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) said, "We are thrilled to launch the first-ever BTech program in Computer Science and Financial Technology in India. This program will facilitate students interested in a career in fintech with knowledge of the fintech domain and technology.
