IP University, Ambedkar University to jointly develop training, certification programmes

IP University, Ambedkar University will together carry out research and consultancy in various fields
NEW DELHI: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has partnered with the Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) to develop and offer training and certification programmes for academicians and professionals in India and abroad. Both universities have signed and exchanged agreements regarding the same.

Under the agreement signed between the IP University and Ambedkar University Delhi, the institutes will together carry out research and consultancy in the fields of management, psychology, sociology, communication, film studies, Hindi among others. According to a statement from IP University, the initiative is being implemented with the aim to develop skilled manpower.

“The agreement was signed and exchanged in the presence of the vice-chancellors of both the universities, Mahesh Verma (IP University) and AS Lather (Ambedkar University Delhi),” said the statement.
“The collaboration will also open doors for students and faculty of both the universities to exchange and share knowledge in relevant domains,” it said.

IP University’s school of management studies (USMS) had recently launched an e-magazine , Inclusion & Accessibility, dedicated to persons with disabilities (PwD). The magazine consisted of articles from eminent persons with disabilities, those who are associated with the cause, disability experts from leading companies like Microsoft, para-athletes, among others.
