JAIN Online introduces MBA in strategic human resource management

NEW DELHI: The online platform of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), JAIN Online, has launched an MBA programme in strategic human resource management. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the online MBA programme on the official website – onlinejain.com for the July 2023 batch.
A graduate in any discipline or equivalent from a recognized university or candidates who have passed a relevant MBA entrance exam such as CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, SNAP, etc. can apply for the programme.

The online MBA course syllabus will cover topics such as strategic management, human resource planning, challenges in HRM, investment perspectives in HRM, employment law, and staffing. Students will gain knowledge in ethical behavior, workforce demographic changes, valuation of assets, strategic approach to manpower acquisition, market driven strategy, corporate strategies, business unit strategies.
The online MBA programme will prepare learners for the job positions like human resource managers, human resource specialists, training and development managers, compensation, benefits, and administrative services managers, and more.
