He informed that as JEE Main is conducted by NTA, the testing agency informed that factual reports were obtained after the complaints by students.
Sarkar said that fter verification, it was found that the affected candidates were allowed to appear in re-exam held on June 29 (shift-2) and June 30 (shift-1) last year for session 1 and on July 30 (shift 1) for session 2. Moreover, candidates who have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination in 2021, 2022, or appearing in 2023 are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2023.
