The NTA JEE Main 2023 exam paper had questions mostly from NCERT Class 11, 12 textbooks and covered all topics of CBSE Board syllabus. Students found JEE Mains 2023 mathematics section difficult and chemistry moderate and physics to be easy in both shift 1 and shift 2 . Overall, the JEE Main 2023 shift 1 exam paper was "balanced", students said.
JEE Main 2023 memory-based question paper and unofficial answer key PDF were published by various coaching institutes shortly after the JEE Mains 2023 January 24 exams.
As per the JEE Main 2023 question paper analysis , the mathematics section was lengthy while the chemistry section was tricky. Organic chemistry was given more weightage in the JEE Main shift 2 question paper, students said.
