NEW DELHI: The Kerala National Means-cum Merit Scholarship (NMMS) 2023 exam date has postponed to December 11. Students who have applied for the Kerala NMMS scholarship exam 2023 can check the revised exam schedule through the official website, nmmse.kerala.gov.in.

Earlier, the Kerala NMMS scholarship 2023 exam was scheduled to be conducted on December 7, 2023.
Students can appear in the scholarship exam in their preferred language. The language options available for the exam include English, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.
The Kerala NMMS scholarship 2023 exam will be conducted in two parts: Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). Both sections will have 90 questions for one and a half hour each.
MAT includes mental ability, Hindi and English proficiency, SAT includes Science, Maths and Social Studies. The questions will be asked from Class 7, 8 level.

The NMMS programme aims to support disadvantaged students in continuing their education at the secondary level by providing an annual scholarship amount of Rs 12,000 annually.

The scholarship is primarily introduced for Class 8 students enrolled in Kerala government or aided schools. Students need to clear an exam to be eligible for this scholarship.
