NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will announce the result of key for the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2023 soon. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test will be able to download the KSET 2023 result through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the KSET result 2024.
The examination authority has recently released the KSET final answer key 2023 for 42 subjects on the official website. Candidates can use the KSET 2023 final answer key to calculate their probable scores in the exam.
“KSET 2023 examination was conducted on 13.01.2024 for papers of 42 different subjects. The final key answers for all the 42 different subject papers have been published on the website of the authority for the information of the candidates,” KEA notice read.
The final answer key has been prepared after considering the objections raised by candidates against the provisional answer key.
KSET 2023 passing marks
To pass the exam, candidates from the general category must secure a minimum aggregate of 40 percent across both papers, while candidates from SC, ST, PwD, transgender, and other reserved categories need to attain a minimum of 35% aggregate marks across both papers.
The KSET 2023 examination, held on January 13 to recruit assistant professors for state universities. KSET paper 1 conducted from 10 am to 11 am, consisted of 50 objective-type questions worth 100 marks. Paper 2 held from 12 pm to 2 pm, comprised 100 questions worth to 200 marks. Each question carried two marks.
