“The Honourable High Court of Madras, Madurai bench stayed the KVPY Aptitude Test scheduled on November 07, 2021. We regret to inform you that the KVPY Aptitude Test will not be held on November 07, 2021. Further updates will be available on the website”, the KVPY official notice read.
The Madras High Court ordered the postponement of the KVPY exam after a petition was filed in the court over the regional language issue. Hence, it should be conducted in all the regional languages, the Times of India had reported.
The KVPY aptitude test 2021 was scheduled to be held on November 7, 2021. The IISc, Bangalore will announce the new exam date soon on the official website, kvpy.iisc.ernet.in. On October 8, the IISc released the KVPY admit card . The KVPY scholarship 2021 is awarded to candidates who wish to pursue basic science courses and make a career in research.
