MHT CET Cut-Off 2024: Determining factors
Several factors can impact the MHT CET cutoff 2024 . Candidates can have a look at the determining factors for the MHT CET 2024 cut-off below:
Number of Applicants: A higher number of applicants taking the MHT CET 2024 exam can lead to increased competition and higher cutoff scores.
Difficulty level of exam: The cutoff is significantly affected by the exam's difficulty level. A more challenging exam typically results in a lower cutoff, while an easier exam raises the cutoff.
Total number of seats: The available seats in participating colleges offering BTech CE also impact the cutoff. Fewer seats can lead to a higher cutoff, whereas more seats may lower it.
Reservation policy: The reservation policy for various categories such as scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, Person with Disabilities influences the cutoff. Fewer reserved seats for a category can result in a higher cutoff for that category.
Previous year cut-offs: Past cutoff scores can affect the current year's cutoff. If previous years' cutoffs have been rising, the current year's cutoff is likely to be higher.
College reputation: The reputation of the participating colleges offering BTech CE also affects the cutoff. Colleges with better reputations may have higher cutoff scores.
