MPPSC issued the following instructions for candidates:
- Aadhaar registration of the candidate is mandatory.
- It is compulsory to bring an original photo identity card in the examinations conducted by the Board. The candidate can select any one from Voter ID, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport as photo identity proof. Only Aadhaar verified by UIDAI will be valid. In the absence of an original photo identity card, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
- In addition to the identity proof specified in the rulebook, the candidate must also bring their Aadhaar card / e-Aadhaar card / Aadhaar photocopy / Aadhaar number / Aadhaar VID details.
- At the time of entry into the examination and during the exam, Aadhaar-based multi-level biometric verification is mandatory.
- Candidates will be permitted to enter the examination hall only up to the reporting time. Late arrivals will not be allowed entry under any circumstances.
- The use of electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, sunglasses, and copying materials is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates can obtain their admit card for the online examination only through the Application Number. Therefore, keep the application number safely, as the applicant is solely responsible for it.
- On the day of the examination, the candidate must bring a black ballpoint pen and the admit card downloaded from the Board’s website to enter the examination hall.
- No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall after the commencement of the examination until it ends.
- While filling out the application form, the Employee Selection Board (ESB) does not verify any of the candidate’s certificates. Verification is done later by the concerned department at the time of appointment. Hence, the eligibility of candidates appearing in the computer-based online examination will be considered purely provisional.
