Re-NEET 2026: Qualifying marks for MBBS admissions

Try NowThe National Testing Agency (NTA) will conclude the re-NEET UG 2026 examination today at 5 pm. Candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and AYUSH programmes will have to score NEET qualifying marks to be eligible for the counselling process. The NTA will declare the NEET UG qualifying marks along with the results through its official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

The NEET UG 2026 qualifying marks are the minimum score required to qualify the pen-and-paper based MBBS entrance exam . Candidates who score the required NEET UG qualifying percentile will be considered eligible for NEET counselling process.
As per the previous years trends, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Delhi (AIIMS) remains the top-ranked medical college for years. Candidates should have to score 710 marks or above in NEET UG 2026 to be able to secure an MBBS seat at AIIMS Delhi.
However, the marks required for AIIMS Delhi also depends upon the category of the student. For instance, a Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidate scoring 400 marks in the NEET UG 2026 will be considered good, while the same marks will be above average for Other Backward Classes (OBC), and average for general category candidates.

To qualify re-NEET UG 2026, candidates must have to score at least 50% marks. The NTA will declare the NEET UG cut-off scores after the exam is concluded.
