Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the choice filling for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2023 counselling round 2 today, August 10. Candidates appearing for the Round 2 can fill the choices and lock their preferences online on the official website of MCC – mcc.nic.in till August 15.
The MCC will process the seat allotment from August 16 to 17. The candidates under round 2 will be allotted seats on August 18. A document uploading and verification process will begin on August 19 and candidates allotted seats under NEET UG counselling 2023 round 2 will have to report to the colleges from August 20 to 28 so as to secure the admissions.

MCC is conducting a round 2 of the NEET UG counselling 2023 based on the vacants seats available after Round 1. There will be a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round after the round 2 seat allotment results are declared. The candidates appearing for round 2 for the All India Quota (AIQ) seats and central universities will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1,000 under the general category and for the SC, ST, OBC and PwD category candidates, the fee is Rs 500. The last date to pay the registration fee for round 2 is August 14.

Candidates can fill choices and lock them for the round 2 NEET UG counselling by following these steps.

Visit the MCC website, mcc.nic.in.

Log in using the registration ID and password.

Go to the choice filling section.

Browse through the list of available colleges and programmes.

Select and prioritise your preferred choices.
-
Save and lock the choices before the last date.
-
Save and take a printout of the filled choices for future reference.
