NIOS Class 10,12 results out for over 1 lakh candidates

NIOS Results 2021: As many as 57,258 candidates had registered for Class 10 exam, 82,043 for Class 12
NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has today declared the result of Class 10 (secondary course) and Class 12 (senior secondary course) exam conducted in the November-December, 2021 session. As many as 57,258 candidates had registered for the secondary course exam, and 82,043 for the senior secondary course exam. Candidates can access the NIOS result from the official website, results.nios.ac.in . The result is also available on the Digilocker platform at digilocker.gov.in.
“Out of the registered candidates, only 29,157 students of Class 10 got passed in the exam. In the Class 12 results, 34,278 candidates got certified. Out of the 13 transgender learners who appeared for the Class 10 exam, 8 were qualified. About 8 transgender students appeared in the Class 12 exam, and 6 out of them cleared the exam,” said a statement from NIOS.

“The mark sheets, migration certificates and other certificates of the passed candidates will be dispatched to the NIOS study centres, from where the learners can collect them without any payment. The same can be downloaded in digital format from Digilocker,” it said.

The NIOS usually conducts two public examinations every year. The upcoming NIOS examination is scheduled for April-May, 2022. The examination details are available in the notification published in the NIOS portal.
