Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Narsee Monjee Aptitude Test (NMAT) 2021 will commence from today. The Graduate Management Academic Council (GMAC) is going to conduct the NMAT entrance test 2021 from October 14 to December 27. The candidates appearing for NMAT 2021 must follow the exam day guidelines and avoid being anxious at the last minute. It is very imperative for the candidates to make sure that they carry the necessary documents along with them to the exam centres.

The conducting authority provides two options for the candidates to appear for the NMAT entrance test 2021, either at an exam centre or at home via an online proctored test. Candidates can attempt the NMAT 2021 test three times to improve their scores.

NMAT 2021: Documents required on exam day
It is very important that the candidates who applied for the NMAT 2021 must keep the requisite document in hand while going for the exam. Check below to know the required things:

Valid original photo ID

Candidates should make sure that they have a printout of the NMAT 2021 admit card in hand while going to the test centre or produce the same while taking the home-proctored test

The officials will not permit candidates to carry any stationery items or personal belonging inside the NMAT examination hall

Candidates are not allowed to keep electronic devices such as mobile phones, digital calculators, or smartwatches inside the NMAT examination centre

Candidates appearing for NMAT retake must have the same copy of the NMAT admit card corresponding to the NMAT exam
NMAT Exam Day guidelines for IBT mode

Before starting to sit for the NMAT exam, candidates should check if their internet connection is properly stable or not.

Candidates should be alone in the room while taking the test

If candidates taking NMAT on a computer system then make sure it should be connected to Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)

The candidate must keep Webcams, speakers, and microphones turned on throughout the exam

Two A4 blank sheets of paper and a pencil to be shown to the exam proctor before starting the test

Candidates is not allowed not leave the room before the completion of the test
NMAT 2021- Exam day guidelines for COVID-19

Standard Operating Procedures for safety and maintaining the required standard for hygiene will be implemented before the start of the exam. The seating area including the monitor keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and chair will be sanitized. Moreover, all door handles, staircase railing, lift buttons will be disinfected.

Candidates must keep the government-mandated distance( 6 feet) from each other to maintain distance from each other. Floor marks will be marked outside the exam centre.

If the body temperature of a candidate is higher than COVID-19 norms, he or she will be required to appear for the exam in a separate room.

Candidates must sanitize their hands before signing the attendance sheet.
