NMIMS University opens phase 2 admissions for PhD programmes

NMIMS University Admissions 2024: Candidates can register for PhD programmes before June 23.
NEW DELHI: Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal's (SVKM) Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) University has announced phase 2 of the admission process for its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programmes, with applications open until June 23, 2024 on the official website nmims.edu/phd-programs. The university offers PhD programmes in nine streams: management, engineering or technology management, pharmaceutical sciences, biological sciences or chemistry, law, statistics, economics, psychology, and commerce.
To encourage more students to pursue research, NMIMS has announced an assured scholarship of Rs 2,00,000 for every student admitted to its PhD programmes across the nine streams. Additionally, full-time PhD students will receive fellowships as per UGC guidelines.
Extensive coursework at NMIMS University forms part of the cutting-edge programme, delivered by expert faculty supervisors through in-depth and experiential learning pedagogies. Students engage in interdisciplinary research at the university's state-of-the-art laboratories, developing substantive knowledge and critical thinking skills in their specialisations. The programme aims to equip candidates with the skills to become independent researchers in their respective domains.
