OTET 2022 registration begins at bseodisha.ac.in; apply by October 19
BSE Odisha has commenced registration for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test 2022 at bseodisha.ac.in. Last date to register is October 19.

NEW DELHI : Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has started the registration process for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2022 today, October 10, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply for Odisha TET 2022 on the official website of BSE Odisha – bseodisha.ac.in. Last date to register is October 19, 2022.
Candidates can register for OTET 2022 by paying Rs 600 while Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates will have to pay Rs 400.

There will be two papers of OTET 2022, Paper-I and Paper-II. The total duration of the exam in each paper will be 2.5 hours. The exam will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) each carrying one mark. There will be no negative marking in the OTET 2022 exam.
Candidates applying for the Odisha TET exam can check eligibility, syllabus and structure of the exam on the official website.
How to register for OTET 2022
- Go to the official website of BSE Odisha – bseodisha.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on the link “Online application for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test, OTET 2022 (2nd)” under the latest updates section
- Candidates will be redirected to another page
- Now, login for Paper 1 or Paper 2 by entering your login credentials
- Fill in OTET 2022 application form and pay the application fee and submit
- Download OTET 2022 application form for future reference
Candidates will have to score 60% to be declared pass in the exam. Whereas, SC, ST, SEBC or OBC, physically handicapped will have to score 50%.
“OTET is applicable to all candidates who possess requisite academic and training qualifications with requisite percentage of marks and to all candidates pursuing the final year of the teacher training courses before the date of publication of advertisement for conducting OTET who aspire to become teachers for Classes-I to VIII in the schools of the State Govt., private aided schools and private unaided schools in the State of Odisha,” said BSE Odisha’s official notification.
