SDMIMD PGDM Placements 2023: 11% Increase in average salary; highest package at Rs 13 lakhs

NEW DELHI: Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development, or SDMIMD concludes its placement process for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) 2021-23 batch. The highest package was recorded at Rs 13 lakh per annum in the Systems and the Operations domain.
SDMIMD placements also saw a rise in the average at Rs 9.8 lakh per annum with a rise of 11% as compared to last year. More than 25 companies participated in the SDMIMD PGDM placements 2023. Top recruiters this placement season include Schnieder Electric, Capgemini, Infosys, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys BPM, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, EY GDS, Tietoevry India, TTK Prestige, HDFC Limited, Loreal, Federal Bank, Ujjivan SFB, ICICI Bank, Feedback Consulting.
"The students have been placed in varied roles such as Management Trainee, Consultant, Business Analyst, Credit Analyst, Regional Area Sales Manager etc. It has been a stupendous performance thus far by our students, wherein the Institute has seen marquee companies visiting the campus and vying for our talents," SDMIMD said in a release.
As per domain-wise salary distribution, PGDM 2021-23 batch's highest salary was recorded in the Systems domain at 44 percent. Followed by Marketing domain at 31 percent, Finance at 14 percent, General Management at 5 percent and Operations domain at 2 percent, respectively.
