Shoolini University, Royal Holloway University of London launch dual degree master’s programme

Shoolini University, Royal Holloway sign an agreement to introduce dual degree master’s programme in biotechnology, biosciences, and psychology.
NEW DELHI : Shoolini University and Royal Holloway, University of London have signed an agreement to launch dual degree master’s programme for academic year 2025-26. The agreement aims to provide a dual master’s degree programme in biotechnology, biosciences, and psychology programmes for students.
As per the Shoolini University statement, students can spend one year at Shoolini followed by one year at Royal Holloway in the UK to obtain a dual degree and improve their global career prospects. Additionally, students will have to take an English proficiency assessment to ensure they fullfill Royal Holloway's academic standards.
“The partnership aligns with India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 , which encourages global academic collaborations. It will provide postgraduate students with interdisciplinary learning opportunities in biotechnology, biosciences and psychology, with plans to expand into additional fields,” the Shoolini University statement said.
Atul Khosla the vice chancellor at Shoolini University said: “The collaboration with Royal Holloway aims to provide our students with world-class education and research opportunities and it would be a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to create a global learning environment at Shoolini University.”
Dual degree programme in biotechnology, psychology
According to the Shoolini University statement, international students are supported at the Royal Holloway and other support services as well to enable easy transition to academic life in the UK including – early move-in, free airport pick-up and a ‘new to the UK programme’ of activities on students’ arrival. The schedule also includes opportunities for students to share their cultures throughout the academic year.
“Shoolini University provides scholarships to underprivileged meritorious students and supports them in gaining the best international exposure,” the Shoolini University statement adds.
