SSC JHT 2023: The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 307 vacancies in various Central government departments.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission has announced the SSC JHT 2023 Paper 2 date today, September 21. As per the schedule, the JHT, JT and SHT exam 2023 (Paper 2) is scheduled to be conducted on December 31, 2023.
The Commission will conduct the SSC JHT paper 1 on October 16 in online mode. Candidates appearing in paper 2 of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2023 can take a note of the examination date for these posts.

"The Commission has decided to conduct the Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator and Senior Hindi Translator Examination, 2023 (Paper) on 31st December, 2023", reads the official notice.
SSC JHT REcruitment 2023: Selection process
This SSC recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 307 JHT vacancies in various Central government departments. Based on the marks secured in paper 1, candidates will be shortlisted for paper 2 of Translator.
The SSC JHT paper 2 will test candidates’ ability to translate and write essay. This test will be of two hours and descriptive in nature. It will be of 200 marks. The SSC JHT final merit list will be prepared based on candidates’ performance in paper 1 and 2. The SSC will decide cut off for each category. Candidates who clear the cut off of their category to which they belong will be shortlisted for document verification.
The recruitment is carried out for various posts such as Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, and Hindi Pradhyapak.
