TANCET 2023: Over 39,000 candidates registered; Nearly 7.5% students absent

TANCET 2023 exam was conducted for 39,249 students at 40 examination centers in 15 cities in Tamil Nadu, of which 2,867 students were absent.
NEW DELHI: Anna University conducted the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2023) exams on March 25 and 26, 2023. The university has released official statistics for the exams. The TANCET 2023 answer key will be released in due time.
According to the official statistics, out of 24,468 students that registered for TANCET MCA exam 2023 on March 25, 2023, a total of 1,715 students were absent. For the TANCET MBA exam 2023 on the same day, of the 9,820 registered students, 541 students did not appear for the exam.

Meanwhile, a total of 4,961 students registered for the CEET PG 2023 exam for ME, MTech, MArch and MPlan on March 26 from which 611 students were absent. Therefore, the TANCET 2023 exam was conducted for 39,249 students at 40 examination centers in 15 cities in Tamil Nadu.
The TANCET 2023 exam was held in two shifts- morning shift was for TANCET MCA exam from 10 AM to 12 noon and afternoon shift for the TANCET MBA exam from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The CEET PG exam for ME, MTech, MArch and MPlan exams was held on March 26, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 noon.
