Around 1,34,723 examiners have been reportedly appointed for the evaluation, who will check 2.96 crore answer sheets in a span of 15 days at 261 evaluation centres. A total of 84,122 examiners will be evaluating 1,63,22,248 answer sheets in Class 10 while 50,601 will be evaluating 1,33,71,607 answer copies in Intermediate, as per reports.
UPMSP recently issued the appointment letter and principal letter for the examiners for the evaluation work through the school login.
While issuing further guidelines for UP Board Class 10, 12 examiners, the board asked them to attend the evaluation center and register their attendance in the presence of the Assistant Controller. The examiners were asked to receive training on March 18.
UP Board Result 2025: Guidelines for examiners
UPMSP asked the examiners to follow these guidelines while checking the 10th, 12th answer sheets:
- Assist DHE in arranging the answer sheets in order when the bundles are opened.
- After studying the relevant QP code and evaluation instructions provided by the Assistant Chief Examiner, begin the evaluation.
- The evaluation should be done using a pen or ink on the left margin of the answer sheet.
- Immediately after evaluating each part/subsection, fill the corresponding box on the sheet (mark the appropriate box on the first page).
- After evaluating both 'A' and 'B' answer sheets, sign and write the examiner number at the end.
- On the first page, after adding the marks for all the papers, write the total score in both numbers and words, and sign with the examiner number (in the case of high school social science/science, both examiners should do this).
- After evaluating all the allocated answer sheets, carefully fill in the obtained marks with a black pen after matching the roll number in the award block (using gel pens/catch-up pens is strictly prohibited).
- First, carefully fill in the part with the roll number, and then fill in the main part.
- Only after filling the circles completely, mark the absentees, UMMMM/TR, etc., to avoid any errors.
