WBJEE JECA, JELET model answer key 2024 out; paper-wise scoring methodology

NEW DELHI: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has issued the model answer key for the JECA and JELET exam 2024 for admission to MCA and BE, BTech, BPharm courses. Candidates will have to key in their application number and password generated during the registration process to access the WBJEE answer key through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.
Candidates will have to pay a non-refundable WBJEE answer key challenge fee of Rs 500 per question challenged. The final answer key will be released after reviewing the answer key objections, the board said. The answer key challenge window will close on July 14.
The WBJEE JELET 2024 was held in OMR-based common entrance test from June 21 to June 29. The exam had two papers - paper 1 was for diploma in engineering, technology or BSc candidates and paper 2 for diploma in pharmacy candidates.
JECA was held for admission into Master of Computer Application (MCA). This paper has a total of 100 questions divided into two categories. Category 1 had 80 questions carrying 1 mark each and every incorrect answer will lead to deduction of 1/4th mark and category 2 had 20 questions carrying 2 marks and there is no negative marking.
