Download NowNEW DELHI: The West Bengal board Class 12 exams in 2024 will be held between February 16 and February 29. The West Bengal Council for Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has announced the 2024 exam date while declaring the Class 12 result. The overall pass percentage in Class 12 result is 89.25%. From the next year's exams, the responsibility of conducting the Class 12 exams West Bengal board will be on the schools. The WB Class 12 exam timings will also change from next year. Usually held from 10 am to 1 pm, the WB 12th exams in 2024 will be conducted from 12 noon to 3 pm.
Of the 8,52,444 students who enrolled in the West Bengal Class 12 exams this year, as many as 8,24,891 students have qualified. The overall pass percentage of girl students is 81.26%, while it is 91.86% for boys.
Subhranshu Sarkar from Narendrapur has topped the West Bengal Class 12 exams 2023 by scoring 496 marks and 99.2 percent. The second rank holders are Sushma Khan and Abu Samah and Chandrabindu Maity, Anasua Saha, Piyali Das, and Sreya Mallik have bagged the third rank with 494 marks.
