Designed for working professionals, the hybrid programme will include online classes and on-campus sessions.
XLRI Jamshedpur has launched an executive development programme in digital HR transformation and AI-based HR analytics for working professionals. The programme is designed to help HR leaders get ready for technology-driven jobs in the future.
The ten-month hybrid programme includes online classes and on-campus sessions, helping participants learn digital, analytical, and AI skills for better HR decision-making.
The key features of this programme include learning about digital HR transformation, working on practical projects in HR analytics and AI, and exploring new topics such as generative AI, AI-driven HR, and the responsible use of AI in managing people.
To apply for the XLRI executive programme, candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 3,000 plus GST. The total course fee is Rs 2,25,000, which can be paid in four instalments.
The XLRI Jamshedpur executive programme will start on April 12, 2026. The session will be held from 10 am to 1 pm.
XLRI Executive Programme: Eligibility
Candidates who have completed a graduate (10+2+3) or diploma holders (10+2+3) from a recognised university or institution approved by UGC, AICTE, DEC, AIU, or the State Government, in any discipline are eligible to apply.
For International candidates, they should hold a graduation or equivalent degree from a recognised university or institution in their respective country.
Applicants must also be HR professionals with a minimum of four years of relevant work experience.
XLRI Jamshedpur: Digital HR, AI programme
“This programme addresses the growing demand for data-driven human resources skills. Industry reports indicate that over 70% of HR leaders consider people analytics to be crucial, and that the global market for artificial intelligence in the HR sector could reach USD 15 billion by 2030,” the XLRI said.
“Even though over 60% of companies already use AI in some HR areas, many HR leaders find it hard to turn analytics into practical business results,” the press release added.
“This programme is designed for human resources leaders, business partners, consultants, talent and learning professionals, and experienced experts who drive digital and analytics-based transformations,” the notice stated.
Participants who successfully complete this programme will receive a certificate of completion from XLRI Jamshedpur and will be granted executive education alumni status. The admission process is currently underway and will close soon.
