Download NowNEW DELHI: The Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will issue the admit card for the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) 2025 phase 1, today, January 27. Candidates who applied for the exam will be able to download the AEEE admit card 2025 through the official website, aeee.amrita.edu.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the AEEE phase 1 admit card 2025 . The institute will conduct the AEEE entrance exam in two phases.
AEEE 2025 phase 1 will be conducted on February 1, 2 and 3. The AEEE phase 2 exam is scheduled to be held on May 10 to 14. The exam will be conducted in three slots. Slot 1 exam will be conducted from 8:30 am to 11 am, slot 2 will take place from 12 noon and 2:30 pm, and slot 3 will be conducted from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.
The institute had opened the AEEE 2025 phase 1 slot booking window for candidates to book their AEEE exam date and exam slot according to their convenience. Candidates who booked their exam slot will only be able to download their AEEE 2025 hall ticket.
The AEEE 2025 admit card will include important details such as the candidate's name, roll number, application number, date of birth, exam date and time, exam centre address, and the candidate's photograph and signature along with important exam instructions. Candidates should check all the information on the admit card carefully and report any discrepancies to the exam authorities immediately.
AEEE 2025 admit card guidelines
Recently, the institute issued important instructions for Phase 1 candidates and advised them to read the guidelines carefully before downloading the AEEE 2025 admit card. The AEEE 2025 admit card guidelines are given below.
- Ensure that all the details printed on the AEEE 2025 Phase 1 Admit Card are correct. If there is any discrepancy, write to aeee@amrita.edu immediately with proof for necessary rectification.
- Details of the AEEE 2025 centre viz. The name of the centre, address etc. are printed on the Admit Card. You are required to appear for Phase-I of AEEE 2025 at the exam centre, date and time as printed on the Admit Card and not in any centre other than the one mentioned in the Admit Card.
- The date, time or venue cannot and will not be changed for any reason whatsoever. Requests for change through e-mail/phone or any personal communication will not be in any case entertained.
- While reporting at the examination centre, you must carry a printed copy of the Admit Card along with a valid photo identity card issued by the Government, preferably an Aadhar Card, without which you will not be allowed to enter the lab & attend the examination. A printed copy of the Admit Card alone is not sufficient to attend the examination. Electronic Admit card will not be accepted under any circumstances and for any reason whatsoever. Admit Card must be produced on demand at the entrance & to the Invigilator.
- You are also required to preserve this Admit Card till the end of the Centralized Seat Allotment Process & must be submitted in original along with the other documents/certificates to complete the admission formalities.
- Slot booking is deemed equivalent to attending Phase 1 of AEEE 2025 as the university will reserve the seat for the candidates who booked the slot. If you do not appear for Phase 1 of AEEE 2025 after downloading the Admit Card OR if you do not download the Admit Card after booking the slot, you will have to pay INR 600 to attend Phase 2 of AEEE 2025.
