AFCAT 2025 registration begins to fill 283 flying, ground staff posts; apply by July 1

Indian Air Force will conduct the AFCAT 2025 on August 23 and 24 in two shifts. Candidates will be given four marks for each right answer, whereas one mark will be deducted for each wrong response.

Indian Air Force (IAF) is now accepting applications for the Air Force Common Admission Test 2025 (AFCAT) for recruitment to flying and ground duty (technical and non-technical) branches. Candidates can apply for the admission test through the official website at afcat.cdac.in.
The last date to apply for the AFCAT 2025 is July 1 and the air force department will conduct the admission test to fill 283 vacancies on August 23 and 24 in two shifts. First session will be held from 10 am to 12 noon, while the afternoon session will take place from 3 pm to 5 pm.

IAF has not announced the release date to issue the AFCAT 2025 exam hall ticket. However, as per previous years trends, the exam hall ticket for the written test will be issued tentatively in the first week of August.
The AFCAT 2025 application fee for all category candidates is Rs 550 and the eligibility criteria is as follows:
- Candidates should have to be a citizen of India.
- The age limit for flying branch is 20-24 years, while for ground duty is 20-26 years.
- Applicants in the flaying branch should have obtained at least 50% marks in maths and physics in Class 12 and a graduation degree within three years in any discipline with minimum 60% marks.
- For ground staff, candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics each in Class 12 and a minimum of four years of degree.

Candidates can follow the steps to submit their AFCAT 2025 registration form.
- Go to the official website at afcat.cdac.in.
- Find the link ‘AFCAT 2025’ and click on it.
- Type login details to register and press submit.
- Fill the application form, and upload required documents.
- Pay the requisite registration fee.
- Download your confirmation page.
