UPTAC 2023 round 2 BTech, BArch seat allotment result out; what’s next

UPTAC Counselling 2023: Candidates allotted seat will have to pay seat acceptance fee and fill willingness form between September 22 and 24.
NEW DELHI: Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has declared the seat allotment list for the second round of the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC 2023) for BTech and BArch on the official website, uptac.admissions.nic.in.
Candidates allotted seat in round 2 of UPTAC 2023 BTech and BArch round 2 will have to fill the online willingness form and pay the seat acceptance fee between September 22 and 24. The BTech seat allotment list will be based on the score of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advance 2023 while BArch result will be on the basis of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA 2023).
Students can choose the option ‘freeze’ if they are satisfied with the programme and institutes offered to hi/her. If a candidate wants to shift to another college or change the programme in the next round of UPTAC 2023, he/she can choose the ‘float’ option. The candidate can exit from the UPTAC counselling 2023 by choosing the ‘withdraw’ option.
UPTAC 2023: Seat acceptance fee
Candidates belonging to unreserved and OBC categories will be have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 20,000 while those from SC and ST categories will have to deposit Rs 12,000. Candidates will have to report to the allotted college with the necessary documents for verification and complete the admission formalities.
Documents Required for UPTAC Counselling 2023
Candidates will have to show these documents during the counselling process:
- UPTAC counselling registration confirmation page
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Category certificate for candidates belonging to OBC, SC and ST categories
- Domicile certificate
- Character certificate
- Transfer certificate or migration certificate, if applicable
- Medical fitness certificate
- Income certificate (if applicable) for candidates seeking fee concessions
- Photo identification proof such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport
- Recent passport-sized photographs.
